We carry out minor civils to prepare for a job and also to ensure the perfect finish to our installations:

This particular site location required a significant amount of maintenance to bring it back into a suitable and safe state of repair. Some minor civils were required to the path area to prevent slips and trips. The area was uneven ground and presented a significant hazard to anyone visiting the site.

Foliage, debris and old concrete was cleared and removed from the site and new concrete walkways were laid entirely around the building.

For security measures, palisade fencing was erected by our team around the perimeter to replace the old fallen fencing and to prevent any unauthorised access to the site.

New Upvc doors were installed to the building to replace the old rotten wooden ones and the old broken window was removed with this being bricked up to close the void.

The access chamber required repair and a new access cover was fitted with hazard chevrons to alert people to the raised edges.

The inside of the building was completely cleaned out and was given a fresh coat of paint.

Once finished the building looked totally different and feedback from the client was excellent.
